AI Adoption Consulting

Your team has access to AI.
Most of them aren't using it.

Not because they can't. Because no one has addressed the real barriers — the fear, the skepticism, and the absence of a clear reason to change. Tool access is not adoption.

The Problem
Most AI training focuses on the tool. Fluency AI addresses the human side — the psychology of change and the design of real behavior shift.
The Difference
Built by a Ph.D. psychologist who studies why people change their behavior at work — and what gets in the way.
The Result
Teams that actually use AI in their daily work — not just during the training.

About

This is not tool training.
It is about changing how people actually work.

Founder, Fluency AI

I'm Montarious Usher — an I-O psychologist who has spent years studying why people change their behavior at work and what gets in the way.

When I applied that lens to AI adoption, the problem became clear: organizations were investing in tool training while ignoring the human barriers that actually prevent adoption. I built Fluency AI to close that gap.

Every workshop is built around one question: what stops people from moving beyond experimenting with AI to actually integrating it deeply into how they work — and how do we remove those barriers before we teach anything.

Services

Three ways to work together

Every engagement starts with a conversation about where your team is and what would actually help.

01
Catalyst Workshop
2-Day In-Person
A 2-day facilitated experience that moves teams from AI-curious to AI-capable. Every participant leaves with a working prompt and a personalized use case list built around their actual job. Designed from the ground up for teams that are skeptical, cautious, or just getting started.
03
Advisory Retainer
Ongoing Strategic
For leaders who want to build lasting AI capability without constant outside support. Monthly strategy sessions, adoption roadmapping, and manager coaching to sustain and expand what the workshop started.

Why It Works

Designed for how people actually change

Show the payoff first
Participants see AI solve a real work problem before any instruction begins. Every concept that follows has a reason to exist.
Built for beginners and skeptics
Psychological safety is built in from the opening module. Most teams have more skeptics than early adopters — this workshop is designed for them.
Everyone leaves with something real
Every participant builds a working prompt for their own use case. No one watches from the sidelines.
The I-O psychology difference
This is psychology applied to a real workplace problem — the only approach that addresses why people resist AI and what it actually takes to change that.
"

The concepts from Day 1 didn't really click until we were building on Day 2. That's when it became real.
